On your wedding day, I’m there from start to finish — managing the flow, overseeing logistics, and quietly handling details behind the scenes so the day feels effortless.

This includes:

  • On-site coordination for up to 12 hours (based on your selected package)

  • Full setup of ceremony and reception décor as outlined in your package

  • Thoughtful styling of personal details such as signage, guest book, memorials, and photos

  • Coordination of the ceremony, grand entrance, and send-off

  • Cake cutting service and reception flow management

Design, Timeline & Rehearsal Guidance

A beautifully seamless day begins with a clear plan.

I assist with refining your design vision so it translates smoothly into the day itself, ensuring your ceremony and reception feel cohesive and thoughtfully styled. A detailed, customized wedding day timeline is created and shared with vendors, so everyone is working from the same plan.

A one-hour rehearsal walkthrough is also included, providing clarity and confidence for your wedding party and anyone involved in the ceremony.

Vendor Communication & Oversight

Clear communication is key to a smooth wedding day. Leading up to your event, I confirm details with all vendors and serve as the primary point of contact. On the wedding day, I oversee vendor arrivals, deliveries, setup, and transitions — allowing everyone to focus on their role while I manage the details.
